Embruns Menu. Good, but disappointed by the venison and broccoli dish. Furthermore, there was a real problem with the service. We felt like an extra table. We had to wait for wine advice, and then waited about twenty minutes for the last course (we even pointed out that one of our guests' meats was overcooked, so his dish went back to the kitchen while mine stayed on the table, meaning I ate cold food when it returned). There were no apologies, and the wine service was completely ineffective; they were forced to serve us. It was only at the very end that the sommelier noticed we were there.

What can I say except…magnificent ❤️ Of course it was excellent, but for us it was even more than that. When you love to eat, discover new things, and especially take the time to savor every bite, you know there's a tremendous amount of work behind it to achieve this result. And honestly, it shows everywhere. Everything is carefully considered, even the smallest details… The presentation of the olives on the little wrought-iron stand, the citrus butter… the plates, the flavors, the textures… Nothing is there by chance. And the wines… The desserts and all the little sweet treats were delicious (we wanted more) ☺️ Plus, it was to celebrate our wedding, so naturally this meal will remain even more special for us. Even the somewhat, or rather, very rainy weather ultimately made the moment magnificent… The sea, the clouds… we were simply happy, enjoying everything. So yes, in our eyes, and especially to our taste buds 😂, you deserve all the stars in the world! But ultimately… 1, 2, 3, 10, or 100 stars, does it really make a difference? Stars don't necessarily have the same value for everyone. What we remember most is what we felt, what we tasted, the time we spent… and the desire to come back! ❤️ A huge congratulations to Paloma, Erwan, and the whole team, because we know that before it reaches our plates, there's a tremendous amount of work behind it all, and thank you for showcasing our region so beautifully. An excellent restaurant, worthy of its star 🌟

Seated in front of the bay window at the back, the air conditioning struggled to work. Aside from that, it was an excellent time celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary, a gift from our children. We highly recommend it.

A lovely spot in the Aude region with a beautiful sea view. A few minor hiccups from a waiter...

An exceptional experience, from the food (our taste buds were tingling from beginning to end) to the service (the staff were lovely and attentive) and the setting (a tastefully decorated restaurant with a breathtaking sea view). We sincerely thank the staff who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Thank you so much for this wonderful memory.

One star, but nothing special. The food is good, but it lacks the extra touch of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service is inadequate; they come to the table and recite explanations without even checking if we understand the language or the simplicity of what they're saying. It's very robotic. They leave breadcrumbs on the table throughout the tasting. The restaurant's reception area is a table with countless cables and dust at the entrance—definitely in need of improvement. Disappointing compared to other one-star restaurants in the south of France or Catalonia.

Superb dinner at Grand Cap. Extraordinary view, incredible tableware, elegant decor and a delicious meal. We loved it.

An extraordinary experience. Surprising textures and aromas throughout the sea spray menu. A lunar landscape that shifts throughout the evening. Bravo to the Chef and his team, who truly deserve their star.
