Excellent experience We opted for the 7-course tasting menu at €130 per person. Including the amuse-bouches, interludes, and the additional dessert, there were no fewer than 12 courses served throughout the meal. The portions were generous and the pacing was perfect. As for the food, the cuisine was impeccable: masterful cooking techniques, spot-on seasoning, and beautifully presented ingredients. My only minor, very personal reservation: I wasn't quite as taken with the reworked oyster, but this didn't detract from the overall quality of the experience. I recommend it if you're looking for a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, the reception was disappointing. We were greeted by a woman with a nose piercing, who seemed judgmental because we were young and not at all up to the establishment's standards. Fortunately, the food more than made up for it.

Discovering this restaurant was a delightful surprise. The tasting menu, "Les Embruns," was a journey between land and sea on a plate. The ingredients were fresh and local, the decor was zen, and the view was breathtaking. Finally, the staff were incredibly competent and helpful. All of this combined to make it a truly wonderful experience. Reservations are highly recommended. Thank you again for your warm welcome.

Invited on a recommendation, I had the pleasure of discovering Pamela and Erwan's cuisine. A true epicurean, each dish transported me, both visually and gastronomically. A big thank you also to the staff, who were kind, attentive, and generous from the beginning to the end of the meal. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. I will gladly return to try the winter menu.

I wouldn't give it 5 stars because for €95 there was practically nothing on the plate: two small slices of beef, 2cm x 6cm, with three green beans. Of course, the sauce was perfect. This was my fourth and last visit.

Excellent establishment! The truffle and caviar menu at €129 features only top-of-the-range products. Congratulations to the chef! 👏 A delight, I highly recommend it! 👍 One small drawback: don't arrive before 7:30 pm because they leave you outside even if it's windy. I mentioned this, and they replied that the time is 7:30 pm, so a word to the wise... 🤣 We returned in July for the shellfish menu, a truly amazing experience, bravo again! 👏 We came back on February 9, 2023, and it still lived up to our expectations. I had a wonderful time, plus the weather was beautiful, and we were seated facing the sea. Truly, bravo! And a big thumbs up to the pastry chef! 💖 Her cakes are fabulous!
