The welcome and attentive service were truly perfect. Everything is done to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely, the large lounge is warm and inviting, decorated in a renovated, antique style. I highly recommend it.

A pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel, with a warm welcome and attentive staff. The tastefully renovated room was very clean, with comfortable bedding. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

We had a lovely room; both the room and the bathroom were very clean and welcoming, with very comfortable mattresses. There was a good selection for breakfast. 😊 What more can we say than that we had a very good weekend, too short in fact, and we will be back very soon. We highly recommend it.

A truly beautiful renovation that makes you forget the establishment's past. The owner, in the kitchen, prepares a delicious menu, and his wife, who serves, is very welcoming. Perfect for a relaxing break between workdays. Especially since establishments with even a modicum of modernity are rare in Ussel… An experience that will surely be repeated.

The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive to every request. The room was very clean and recently renovated. It had a large bathroom with a bathtub. This hotel has its own charm. You feel very comfortable there; the rooms are really lovely and very clean 👌 and room 25 even has its own little covered balcony. And the hosts are incredibly friendly and you can tell they want you to feel right at home. The food is simple but homemade and high quality!
