Le grand Hotel sur Guichen

The comments on this place are not very encouraging for staying there. What people who publish this type of comments forget, this hotel is a 2 star, should not be confused with a 4 star whose prices are much much higher. I spent just one night there with friends and we escaped without major damage. Yes the toilet flushed poorly, yes the room was not the latest generation, yes the landlady felt a little overwhelmed (probably due to lack of staff and attention or whatever....) But the fact remains that we were well received, we had a good night and especially as a group of 4 we paid 122 euros with breakfast. Well for this price, we have no reason to complain. I wish a lot of courage to the owner of this perfectly decent hotel in the face of an increasingly demanding clientele. And in fact! No traces of bedbugs during the night...... On the other hand, where I agree with a lot of comments, the location is really nice.

hotel tres bien situé , juste au bord de la vilaine , avec club de canoë ect... terrasse en bord de vilaine tres agreable pour y prendre le Petit déjeuner , personnels agreable et gentil . chambre correct . n'hésitez pas a vous arrêté a cette adresse. proche de Brocéliande. village calme et tres verdoyant .

Une halte à l improviste....avons mangé en terrasse au bord de l eau ...service rapide et plus que correct à un très bon prix ....et oui y a encore des professionnels de la restauration....même sur un arrêt en bord de rivière comme on l'a fait
