It all started well with good food. However, there was a problem with dessert: a chocolate with a questionable taste... I complained, but received no acknowledgment. It's a shame not to consider the customer. The music was too loud.

20/04/2026: I celebrated my birthday at your restaurant on Sunday, April 19th. There were 13 of us at the table… It was simply perfect. A truly wonderful experience. The entire team lived up to the high standards of service expected of a Michelin-starred restaurant (we regularly dine at this level). The head waitress was impeccable: thoughtful, discreet, attentive to the guests, and very professional. There was no rush in the service; we felt well taken care of throughout our culinary experience, with ample time to savor the moment. All your dishes were excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! A feast for the eyes and the palate. The wine pairings were judicious. A person who I assume is your sous-chef was also very professional: discreet and precise in their movements. Many thanks to the entire team!
