Thank you to the whole team and to chef Piège who gave us the pleasure of personally serving us the lobster cooked on marrow bones and shells. It was an overnight trip and an emotional experience for both of us. The accuracy of the dishes and the complexity of the associations brought us a lot of happiness and surprise with each bite. A special mention to all the staff who were attentive and very pleasant throughout the services. These 18 services are initially based around sardines, notably grilled sardine skin, piperade, then revolve around the duck in the spotlight... In addition, the visit to the kitchens during the tasting of the Paris mushroom broth and its polenta gnocchi was for me a real plus for the immersion in this great restaurant.

What to say ? We are beyond exceptional. One of the very best restaurants in Paris. What research! Unique flavors, impeccable service, the recommended wine is delicious. I have fond memories of the “truffle toast”, a true marvel: with Guy Savoy’s artichoke soup, the most delicious dish I have ever eaten. It’s even more incredible than our last visit. Monsieur Piège is a magician whose creativity seems to be constantly renewed.

Trap, an out-of-competition talent! Jean François Piège traces his route on the culinary trails of our regions and transports us! His team in the dining room accompanies us, extremely considerate, smiling and attentive, for this gourmet and gourmet journey of excellence... exceptional products cooked just right, precise, deep and coating or confusing sauces to enhance them and amaze our taste buds... always delicate presentations highlighted by crockery and crystalware from another time that the chef entrusts to us in this timeless moment.. Special mention for the breathtaking scallops in blinis, the black truffle brioche almost regressive in its deliciousness, an anthology of sweetbreads for true lovers as its crust rivals in the mouth the creaminess of the flesh cooked to perfection... a vegetarian dandelion fold so delicious that it would almost convert us to a vegetarian diet... and the finesse of the variation of desserts... all subtly matched by a judicious wine recommendation... the masterful work of a close-knit team in the kitchen like in the room for our greatest happiness... an extraordinary evening for an exceptional talent as a snub to certain institutions which try to create an... outdated standard...

Flawless! From the welcome from the brigade upon entering the establishment to the tasting of a dish in the kitchen, our dinner was enchanting. A big congratulations to chef Piège and his brigade (who have apprentices 👍)

Un moment inoubliable. Même si la réputation de Jean-François Piège n'est plus à faire, il faut tout de même dire qu'il arrive encore à surprendre ses clients avec des accords mets-vins des plus somptueux, une création dans l'assiette qui ne peut laisser personne indifférente tout en conservant un lieux élégant et raffiné. Le personnel, de la réservation au service, en passant par le sommelier est d'une qualité exceptionnelle, toujours à l'écoute pour que le moment soit inoubliable. Nous sommes venus avec ma compagne pour un "mardi du vin" et je conseille à tous les amoureux de nos vignobles et au palais fin, de courir faire cet événement hebdomadaire pour vivre une vraie expérience. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Grand Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience that transported me through the flavors of France. Each dish was a delightful surprise. The food quality was outstanding, the attention to detail was remarkable, and the presentation was a work of art. I couldn't help but appreciate the creativity and passion that went into every course. I highly recommend!
