When we mentioned that we were looking for a brighter and more spacious room where our hairdresser could do our hair comfortably, the team went above and beyond by upgrading us two room categories at no additional cost. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special!!
We were also delighted by the hotel’s thoughtful wellness touches, including complimentary in-room beauty services such as a daily 30-minute LED light therapy skincare session upon request, as well as Dyson Airwrap styling tools available for guests. These little details really elevated the overall experience.
