We had cold beer on the terrace then returned later for lunch. Our table was inside to get shade from unseasonably hot sun. Soupe de poisson and spaghetti al vongole were very good. Desserts and coffee were good, especially the cafe gourmand. Our waiter was quite slow and we had some long waits. Requests for more water and a bowl of water for the dogs were made several times before appearing.

18/11/2025: Last evening we had a wonderful meal at le plan B. Everything was delicious, thanks to the creative chef, with a complexity of local ingredients that really came together. It has a relaxed atmosphere, the service was attentive and very friendly, and the live musician was perfectly suited to the atmosphere. Easily the most delicious, most enjoyable meal we've eaten in France in years. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in Gruissan village, you will not be disappointed with a meal at le plan B!
