While passing through Angers, we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Simon, Marie, and Lara gave us a very warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the duck breast and the flambéed kidney skewer.

A hidden gem in the middle of the pedestrian streets. Good wines served by the glass. And if you don't know the owner, he'll give you a taste. Don't like it? No problem, he'll change it. I recommend the kidney skewer.

Good things deserve praise, and here I can only shower superlatives upon superlatives.
The meat was cooked to perfection.
The sauces were expertly crafted to complement the food, allowing each dish to showcase its unique character.

We had a wonderful time, the meal was delicious.
The traditional steak tartare was succulent.
The gravlax was excellent, and the seaweed ice cream was a superb discovery!
It's a great idea.
The service was really good; thank you to the young woman, who was kind and welcoming.

A wonderful discovery. The dishes are delicious and the meats are cooked over a wood fire (foie gras, pork pluma, duck breast, crème brûlée, pavlova). The service is quick and the staff very welcoming. I can't wait to go back when it's not a heatwave 😉.
