⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute highlight in Chagny! The historic ambiance with its open fireplace creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food – everything was perfectly prepared and served with great care. A big plus: dogs are very welcome. Our four-legged friend received just as warm a welcome as we did, which, unfortunately, isn't always the case. We ate inside and highly recommend it. The atmosphere is unique and makes for a truly special evening. Add to that the very attentive and warm service. Anyone in the area should definitely not miss a visit to Le Grenier à Sel. We'll definitely be back!

A very good restaurant offering delicious wood-fired grilled meats. We received a warm welcome with a small kir and were seated in a former salt storehouse with magnificent stone vaults. The place offers a charming setting and is particularly pleasant in summer thanks to its natural coolness.

I was quite disappointed with my visit. The service lacked professionalism and the presentation of the dishes was really sloppy. It's a shame, it doesn't make me want to come back.

Beautiful shaded terrace. Authentic and delicious gizzard salad. Excellent tender and flavorful meat. Very pleasant, attentive, and beautiful waitress. The staff is very courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this establishment. Reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect this lunchtime to end our 4-day road trip for 40 people in the best possible way. The welcome was impeccable and with a smile despite the 35-degree heat outside, the service was excellent despite the limited space once the group was seated, and as for the food, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! An address to remember and return to without hesitation.

Everything was perfect... The setting was unique, the ladies in the front of house did their job to perfection, a very well-oiled team together with the people in the kitchen. The cooking of the meat was perfect (1 part rare and 1 part bleu) and the taste was wow! The delicious wine completed the picture.

13/07/2026: Perfect evening. Original and complete meal: homemade bread, a revamped burger, a superb aperitif, and an original dessert. The waitress was efficient and smiling, working alone in the dining room. Thank you for this wonderful discovery.
01/07/2026: We arrived at 2:45 pm and asked for a snack, thinking there was nothing to eat. But we were wrong! The staff prepared a charcuterie and cheese board for us with exceptional bread! Thank you again. I highly recommend this place.

However, I was a little disappointed by a few bites that lacked real flavor; and I was puzzled by the additional plates served alongside the main course, meant to offer further variations, but which, in my opinion, didn't add much, except to create unnecessary distractions. On the other hand, the service was excellent. Overall, the experience was still very good: we thoroughly enjoyed it!
03/05/2026: Maison Lameloise was a simply extraordinary experience from start to finish. Every dish was a marvel, meticulously crafted and surprising with its elegance, balance, and flavor. From the first bite to the last, everything was impeccable, with truly exceptional quality. The service was perfect: attentive, professional, and always discreet, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. Even the wine we chose was exceptional, pairing beautifully with the dishes and enhancing every flavor. A truly exquisite, refined, and unforgettable experience, starting with the mousse bouche, each one better than the last. One dish I was thrilled with was the shrimp, which we added to the chef's menu. I was also delighted with the lagostine. The fish with asparagus was excellent and cooked to perfection, and it continued like this until the last dish. For me, it was an exceptional experience.
