Homemade dishes with a variety of side dishes, tender and lean meat (the andouillette was perfect), and a superb cheese selection.
A lovely setting, charming and attentive staff (with a little surprise at the end of the meal when they realized we were there for a birthday, even though we hadn't mentioned it when making the reservation).
We had a wonderful evening. A place to remember for a special occasion, as the price reflects the quality of the service.

I had a lovely time with my partner and we opted for the €130 menu. The food was high quality and delicious. The selection was exceptional, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay – perfect! I'd also like to mention how friendly the staff were. We'll definitely be back!

A warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious food.
Good quality meats.
You descend into a cellar converted into a restaurant, entirely made of stone with beautiful vaulted ceilings.
You can watch the chefs preparing your meal.
And another great thing is that there's no cell phone reception, so you can enjoy a peaceful meal.

Very beautiful and nice restaurant!
We were welcomed very warmly and served professionally and with a smile all evening.
The place looks quite neat, but the large floor grids full of cables and cobwebs spoil this somewhat.
Unfortunately, the plates and the food got cold very quickly.
The taste of the dishes, on the other hand, was certainly good.
The presentation could be a bit more professional.
In short, we found the atmosphere and service superb, but the dishes could use just a little more love (especially warmth and presentation).
With a few adjustments, this establishment could become Michelin-worthy.
