Le Grill du Castel sur Chateauneuf

A Wednesday evening with friends after the solar eclipse of August 12, 2026. We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly without a reservation. Our order was taken promptly, but there was a long wait for our food. The grill was done right in front of us. The meat was of good quality and the portions were generous. The free-range chicken was excellent, and the homemade sauces were delicious. It's a shame the fries weren't homemade. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with a rustic decor. The staff were pleasant and smiling. I recommend it.

Great place, excellent restaurant! No frills... the food is perfect and kudos to the cooks, meat cooked to perfection and the sauces excellent, we would have loved to go back for more.

Delicious steaks and beef bourignon. Tasty fries. Good table wine and prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended.

The meat is excellent and tender, the staff are very friendly, and the dining room is pleasant. The fries are decent, and the baked potato is a nice surprise.

Excellent meal, hearty and delicious. The smoked salmon salad as a starter, the perfectly grilled beef skewer, and two scoops of ice cream made up the "small menu." You'll leave with a smile on your face. Friendly service.

Nice little restaurant where the meat is cooked over a wood fire. The back terrace is quite pleasant, surrounded by hydrangeas. Simple but good and generous portions.
