A delicious meal from start to finish, with beautiful dishes! It was truly excellent, and the service was pleasant as well. We highly recommend it!

An excellent experience from start to finish! The meal was truly delicious, with high-quality homemade products and very successful flavor combinations. For starters, I particularly enjoyed the Catalan hot dog and the crispy-soft focaccia, accompanied by a Parmesan and Iberian ham emulsion: a surprising and very pleasant texture. We then savored the braised pork cheeks with aged Banyuls wine and picada, as well as the Skrei cod loin with its delicate black garlic sauce—two perfectly executed dishes. To finish on a sweet note, the desserts were simply magnificent: the “2784.66 mon Canigó” with black sesame and yuzu confit, and the trompe-l'œil vanilla pod with its crunchy praline. A truly wonderful culinary experience, as indulgent as it was refined. We will gladly return!
