The plates were beautifully presented, and the service was also exceptional; a very welcoming and attentive lady who was always ready to meet our needs. 2026 Excellent restaurant prioritizing local and seasonal produce, refined dishes lovingly prepared by Julien Blaya, harmonious flavors, carefully balanced, masterfully presented, thoughtfully arranged, friendly, smiling, and efficient service. Go without hesitation, and personally, I will return with great pleasure. 2021, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26...: several returns with family and/or friends, my comments remain the same (I would give it even more than 5 stars if possible). The menu is constantly updated and inventive, reflecting the seasons and the bounty of the harvest. Chef Julien's cuisine is always expertly crafted and authentic, and the value for money is remarkable. I will definitely return! The setting of Villefranche-de-Conflent also deserves 5 stars; it's a magnificent bonus, spring, summer, autumn, winter...

It's a very simple restaurant on the outside but very welcoming inside. Our taste buds were delighted; the dishes were presented with refinement, and the waitress was available to answer all our questions. Excellent value for money and generous portions. It's a shame we were so far from home tonight...but we'll be back...Best wishes!
