Le Grizzly sur Saint-Etienne-De-Tinee

I highly recommend the Grizzly restaurant (with or without the superb walk along the Balcons d'Auron). Ideally located, the homemade food is admittedly more expensive than in town, but the setting, the quantity, and the quality are worth it. It was excellent! (A special mention for the delicious blueberry tart). By taking the time to chat with the owner, you realize he's truly passionate and takes great care of his customers. The activities offered, such as pony rides or quad biking, are fantastic for children to have a wonderful time. We loved it.

Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable: the food is fantastic, the owners are lovely, you can play Molkky, etc., and the view is stunning! Go for it without hesitation! Special mention for the Paris-Brest, which was delicious!

A superb discovery! The Grizzly is a real gem. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and above all… the food is exceptional. Everything is homemade, and you can taste it from the very first bite. The dishes are generous, flavorful, and prepared with passion. It's increasingly rare to find a restaurant where such care is taken with quality and ingredients. The service is welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're passing through Auron, look no further. We'll be back with great pleasure!

An incredible view from the terrace, delicious home-cooked food, amazing pastries... Don't miss a stop at the Grizzly. If you're driving there, make sure you take the road to the water and not another one that will lead you nowhere near the countryside!

Looking forward to trying the meal; I've only had afternoon tea so far. Friendly and welcoming staff! The sunny terrace offers a feeling of being "alone in the world with a view of the valley and the forest." A little gem of tranquility to discover 😊 even for pedestrians.

The Grizzly is a world apart, a place in the middle of... nothingness for some, a setting in the Alpes-Maritimes for us. We were very happy to be able to eat there. It's a luxury. The prices, the service, the menu... it didn't matter to us. We ate well and didn't get sick. The mountains impose limits on both restaurateurs and their visitors, limits that the latter constantly push back. I advise them to bring a picnic. Nobody's forcing you to come! Or else, invest, and you'll go from judge to guilty...
