Great hotel right in the middle of the slopes

Very warm place, very welcoming staff. The spa area, sauna jacuzzi is very clean and well maintained, not to mention the restaurant which is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

A magical place in the heart of the slopes and exceptional staff. We spent a week in this unique setting, in a warm, family atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy and the food delicious!!! Without a doubt, this is where I will come back next year. Thank you Bataclan 🤍🩵

Family stay with our two children. A large, pleasant room. A top team that welcomes you warmly. An ideally located hotel. A very good restaurant: delicious pizza at lunchtime and good dishes in the evening (hearty salads, good meat and special mention for desserts) Good games of table football or billiards. We'll come back!

We had a pleasant stay in Auron and at the Bataclan hotel. Great value for money, the hotel has a great location at the foot of the slopes, perfect for ski and nature lovers. Everything is done for a good stay, there are outdoor and individual lockers to store your skis. It's really practical. The rooms are clean and well heated. It is a perfect hotel to accommodate families. Breakfasts are served as a very varied buffet. The hotel/restaurant staff is very friendly. There are a lot of positives.. I highly recommend. Beautiful hotel to discover...

Very warm welcome Excellent cuisine Delicious and hearty gourmet coffee

Chambre pour 2 chère 160 euros la nuit. Literie de mauvaise qualité. Electricite sui saute toutes les 5 minutes .... salle de bain avec baignoire et wc tres étroite... Il faut traverser les pistes enneigees et verglacees pour se rendre à cet hôtel. Pas pratique du tout !!! Petit-déjeuner non compris 15 euros par personne assez copieux de qualité normale sans plus. Le personnel de l hotel est toutefois charmant.

Tres bon accueil / exposition parfaite face aux pistes.. et nourriture au Top pour grands et petits !! On Recommande fortement !!

Bien exposé, service sympathique et bonne nourriture

Uitstekende plek om te verblijven midden op de pistes. Uitstekende service en supervriendelijk personeel. Spa ter verbetering vatbaar (geen sauna) maar wordt voorzien volgend seizoen. Belgisch bier - Cuvee des Trolls is een aanrader !
