15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes!
We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.

Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip.
Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing.
An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!

14/07/2026: I highly recommend the Grizzly restaurant (with or without the superb walk along the Balcons d'Auron).
Ideally located, the homemade food is admittedly more expensive than in town, but the setting, the quantity, and the quality are worth it. It was excellent! (A special mention for the delicious blueberry tart). By taking the time to chat with the owner, you realize he's truly passionate and takes great care of his customers.
The activities offered, such as pony rides or quad biking, are fantastic for children to have a wonderful time.
We loved it.
05/07/2026: A huge thank you! We had a wonderful time with our little baby. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable: the food is fantastic, the owners are lovely, you can play Molkky, etc., and the view is stunning! Go for it without hesitation!
Special mention for the Paris-Brest, which was delicious!

15/03/2026: The hotel is ideally located just steps from the gondola lifts to the slopes and close to all amenities! The included breakfast is a nice touch, with plenty of choice (both savory and sweet). We also tried the restaurant one lunchtime; our buckwheat crepes were delicious, made with fresh ingredients. We had a room with a magnificent mountain view! I'm deducting one star for the room simply because there were small black stains scattered all over the sheets, as well as a very unpleasant smell (like tobacco) in the bathroom. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and we thank the lady who greeted us upon arrival for her friendliness and professionalism.
11/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay in Auron! Everything was absolutely perfect. The food at TACA D'OLI was delicious, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is ideal, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding area and winter sports!
A huge thank you also for the fondue, which was simply exquisite, thanks to Florence's excellent advice and culinary talents 👍😉, and the crepes were to die for! Bravo, bravo, bravo!

However, €9 for a bottle of sparkling water made with a SodaStream/Purezza machine…??? That's a shame; we won't be back for that reason alone.
07/03/2026: In my opinion, the bartender could easily do without smoking his IQOS or equivalent cigarette behind the bar... I'm sure a customer wouldn't be able to... A very atypical Chardonnay... lots of wind and drafts for very little emotion... the quality isn't there... The price is there... Pied Pipers

24/02/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I think it's important to say that this restaurant is family-run, excellent, and the portions are huge.
We also don't understand the negative reviews. It's a really great place.
10/01/2026: The pizzas were delicious! We ordered them by phone and they were ready as soon as we arrived. The price was reasonable for pizzas, the vegetarian one was generously topped with grilled vegetables, and the crust was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

22/08/2024: So, we discovered this place by chance after our bus stop.
We sat in the restaurant.
Honestly, the terrace is so beautiful, we stayed there all day.
So there, the big surprise
Was the wood fired pizza, excellent, delicious, succulent. I can say that it was the best pizza of my life.
The dough is superb, very crispy.
I will not hesitate at all to come back and share it with others.
We also tried other small dishes. Hats off to you.
The owners are very friendly, very professional and available.
Price/quality = 5/5.
This place is a real gem.
Next time I will not hesitate to book a complete stay.

22/08/2024: At 8 p.m. we went to this restaurant to eat. I asked if it was possible to eat, she told me the restaurant was full, come back in 30 minutes I would have tables available. 1/2 of the restaurant was full (only) 35 minutes later we went back. After 10 m waiting in front, with the waitresses walking past us without saying anything. I went to look inside and told him everything. She replied unpleasantly "I'll be there in 5 minutes" after waiting another 20 minutes at the entrance to the restaurant we went to eat elsewhere. So I can't judge the meal or the service, but the welcome was enough for me. We will have been directly told there is no possibility of having you eat this evening we would not have lost more than 1 hour of our evening.

08/07/2025: The room is extremely small, the bed uncomfortable, the bathroom dirty, the shower drain blocked, the kitchen fan was loud all night long... we hardly slept a wink, and the €15 per person breakfast was a joke... once and never again!!
28/06/2025: The hotel is admittedly a little run-down, but it has its charm. Above all, it has a very friendly, young team who are attentive to their customers. A big thank you to the young woman who welcomed us and took care of our rooms, as well as the young man at the bar and restaurant, who, despite their young age, are extremely good at their jobs.
