Le Gros Plein de Soupe sur Paris

We LOVED this place, what an absolute gem. The menu of the day is on a chalkboard in classic French fashion, and the meals are made fresh for your by the absolutely wonderful chef. The waiter helped us understand the menu and was incredibly patient. The chef went out of his way to ask us about our meal and smile at my daughter through the window. The beef was some of the best of I’ve had and the clams were exceptional! Highly recommend!

Mainly a fish restaurant (although meat dishes are also on the menu). As we understand it, this is a restaurant serving Brittany cuisine, the northern region of France. Even the cola is from Brittany! Incredibly tasty shellfish. The pork is somewhat unusual, but also very tasty. The service is wonderful! Thanks a lot! Merci beaucoup!

Seafood is fresh here. It seems like they have a different dinner menu everyday. Would definitely come back for more when visiting Paris.

We had a great dinner there last weekend. We were staying in a hotel in the 9th and while looking for a restaurant in the neighbourhood it caught our attention we could try cuisine from Bretagne. The food was delicious and the staff really friendly. Highly recommended place to visit.
