Passing through Guillestre on vacation... Google reviews led us to this restaurant... No regrets! The waitresses were incredibly attentive throughout the meal, and the portions were generous and exceptional!
The chef came by at the end of service to greet us, which was a lovely touch! We're coming back at the end of the year for another vacation, and of course we'll be back to try the rest of the menu! Highly recommended!!!

This restaurant mainly offers pasta and meat dishes with two or three sauces for the meat (porcini, morel, blue cheese).
I ordered their Guillestrin burger. The meat was cooked exactly as I wanted. However, it was the onion that gave my burger any flavor. I enjoyed the fries more.
We asked for mayonnaise, and they brought us a whole plastic bottle, and we had to remove the seal. Apparently, they weren't very busy that day.
It's one of the few restaurants in Guillestre that offers shade and coolness between noon and 2 pm in the summer. We'll definitely try it again if we come back next year.

Not excellent, the frits were so bad. The food was so basic. White wine was not cold enough, we had to add ice. Very basic. Compared to some other excellent restaurants in the area.

A must-visit if you're in Guillestre or the surrounding area. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, a warm welcome, and located on a quiet side street. Parking isn't too difficult. I highly recommend this place.
We paid 70 euros for:
2 aperitifs
2 generous main courses
1/2 bottle of rosé wine
1 dessert
1 coffee

A small pedestrian street, a few tables outside, a lovely vaulted dining room inside—that's Le Guillestrin restaurant.
The ingredients are local and bursting with flavor, the portions are generous, and the service is very pleasant.
We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back the very next day!
We loved the tartiflette, the tartibleu, and the cheese platter!

Great stop during a motorcycle tour!
We stopped here by chance on Saturday, June 27th for dinner during a motorcycle tour. The place is very cute and well-kept, perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Everyone was warmly welcomed.
Superb dinner: my burger with local cheese, fries, and salad was spectacular.
The lamb chops with fries my friend got were also very good.
If I ever pass by Guillestre again, it will definitely be a regular stop.
Highly recommended!
