A very beautiful culinary experience, a reduced menu, made with fresh products and carefully combined for dishes that change and above all are very surprising. Very pleasant and professional waiter. We recommend “THE HEDGEHOG” without hesitation.

Very good refined dishes with good fresh produce, fair prices

Elegant and tasty cuisine, cozy and warm room, and super friendly boss! We highly recommend 😁👏🏽😋

A bistro atmosphere, gourmet but generous cuisine, incredibly low prices (less than 10 euros for starters and desserts, it's too good to be true!), friendly service and good advice, excellent Morgon... It’s a real gem! The neighborhood and the terrace/frontage don't look much, but very clearly, each of the dishes on the menu is the result of real work on flavors, spices and textures. The guacamole was already out of the ordinary to start the festivities. The candied pumpkin was tender and fragrant. The haddock sashimi was an explosion of flavor. The salmon was sublimated by its cooking and its accompaniment. The shredded beef and its mash combine tenderness and spice. And to finish, the beetroot dessert worked in 3 ways is absolutely sublime: we respect the product and we sublimate it with delicacy! A highly recommended establishment 🙂

Superb address! Whether it's small, succulent plates to share (tapas type) or sophisticated dishes with fresh produce, a treat! The welcome is warm, the cozy atmosphere is rather calm in a very lively area and the covered terrace is very pleasant at any time of the year! I highly recommend :)

A good dining experience! A waiter who gives good advice and listens, a menu that we like: short, made with fresh products and carefully combined for dishes that change. I recommend to everyone who loves good food! We treated ourselves to a starter, main course, dessert and bottle of wine for a price that was worth it for the quality of the meal.
