I'm a regular at Le Hibou and generally satisfied with the service, having frequented other restaurants in Deauville where the quality is consistently high. Kudos to your friendly and cheerful front-of-house team!
Just one small criticism: I find the menu a bit limited when you're a frequent visitor, and there are also a few shortcomings in the wine list!

A fantastic restaurant for both lunch and dinner! Classic brasserie dishes, expertly prepared!
Excellent service, with extremely friendly and efficient staff. The desserts are also very good... a must-try restaurant in the resort!
