The wait was endless from beginning to end. I think they have serious problems in the kitchen. I couldn't wait any longer, so I left even without dessert.

My husband and I enjoyed the fabulous cuisine at Le Homard Bleu this evening, and we had a wonderful meal!
We highly recommend the set menu for €27.90 (starter, main course, dessert, and a palate cleanser), even on weekday evenings. The service was quick and excellent.

So yes, I left a generous tip despite a long wait to be served (table of four). Why?
- Because the food is truly top-notch. I highly recommend the seafood sauerkraut, absolutely divine in a velvety sauce.
- Because they're human beings, with only two arms, and being their customer won't make any more grow.
- Because they are lovely, helpful, and pleasant.
- Because you also have to accept that preparation time is a real factor. Otherwise, go to a kebab shop...
- Because I was able to treat my wife, sister-in-law, and daughter to a moment of pure indulgence in a fantastic setting and a relaxed atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant, which is also ideally located.
I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I had to!

A very nice restaurant with a lovely view from both the ground floor and the upper floor. A cozy atmosphere.
Good quality ingredients. The food is well prepared.
The mussels marinière and homemade fries were delicious!
A major drawback was the wait time. It was very long. I understand the kitchen was overwhelmed, and the restaurant was full. But I find it a shame to have such a beautiful restaurant and excellent food, but not service to match.
