Amazing restaurant in the heart of Avignon! The food at Le Jaquemart was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere on Place de l’Horloge is fantastic, especially in the evening. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Le Jaquemart offers great French cuisine, generous portions, and a warm atmosphere. The desserts were especially amazing. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.

An absolute gem on Place de l'Horloge! The owner was incredibly humble and friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were equally kind and attentive, they even offered to take photos of us without us having to ask, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was outstanding. Honestly 10 out of 10. As a bonus, this is a very welcoming and inclusive spot — black people friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Avignon. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We hadn't planned anything special, just decided to have dinner somewhere busier during the day. The establishment, like everything else in the area, was quiet; only a couple of tables outside were occupied, and inside, guests were finishing their meals. The food was simple, without any particular national characteristics.

13/04/2026: I happened to follow the people going into this restaurant. It was packed on a Monday! And I understand why! The restaurant has a soul; the food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. Thank you to the very professional young waiter who took care of me.
