I discovered this restaurant during my 21st birthday celebration, organized by my friend, and it was absolutely flawless. First of all, the menu is very well thought out: exceptional, flavorful ingredients, and impeccable presentation. The staff is very attentive without being intrusive. The presentation of the ingredients (truffles and caviar) adds a real touch of class to the experience. The decor perfectly complements the establishment and the values ​​it embodies. I'm giving it 5 stars for the ambiance, as it's a fine-dining restaurant characterized by a certain calm, which some might call "cold," but which is essential in an establishment of this caliber. Special mention goes to the beautiful statue that greets guests in the restrooms.
