Pronounce this name in a low voice and you will see the eyes of the locals light up with lust and the smiles appear like greedy confessions. Today, rather than describing the sumptuous display of golden pastries, fine chocolates and ice creams with surprising flavors like blueberry or violet, let me tell you about a tiramisu that is as daring as it is refined. Imagine, first of all, a light mascarpone cream, soft as a caress, neither too sweet nor too strong. Each spoonful plunges into a fragrant cloud, subtly “punched” (I have always loved this culinary term ☺️) of a coffee syrup with deep aromas, flirting with the intoxicating notes of alcohol, without one or the The other never dominates, like a discreet whisper.
