I apologize for being so harsh on the note but there are reasons.. Arriving at the restaurant, waiting 10 minutes at the entrance without being welcomed. 2 customers in the room. Amuse bouche rolled trout artichokes and choux cream pretty appellation but really not great visual and not to my taste nor to my partner, not to say bland. Very generous foie gras starter only no fleur de sel or pepper for seasoning to our taste and it was not possible to meet the waitress's eye to ask for it. Smaller piece of cling film around the liver (which can happen, I'm in the business) The duck breast and monkfish dish. Well cooked duck breast and I had the monkfish and prawns which were very good. Only impossible to meet the eyes of the waitress to order a glass of wine to accompany our dishes. Long wait to get to dessert and ask for water. 10 place settings in the dining room.. Maybe spend less time offering bread of different varieties?! The desserts were really not good...and the visual of my yuzu chocolate dessert I won't tell you about it...I'll let you imagine what you can do with a chocolate mousse. I of course took the liberty of sharing my first thoughts of the meal with the waitress and I also wanted for dessert but we were asked about it and no one to say goodbye.
