I recommend refined cuisine with fresh products, everything is homemade, special mention for the desserts, the fruit sabayon is great, the portions are generous and the room is cozy. We received an excellent welcome. One of the best restaurants in Albi.

Thank you very much for this moment. It was really fabulous: a nice decor, a wonderful welcome and food to die for As a starter I had the eggplant mille-feuille with crayfish (an explosion of freshness) As a main course, the sea stew (a farandole of fish) And to finish the fruit sabayon (ha la la what a delight) In short, go ahead, it's the best

It's good and correct but nothing more. The meat is very good and tender. A little disappointed with the dessert. You can find better for the same price.

16/03/2024: The ESSENTIAL gourmet break in Albi! Their reputation is well established. Wonderful Belgian waffles! Thank you for your know-how, your smile and for our taste buds! If I could, I would give 10 stars! My favorite: choc-in waffle, white chocolate, crushed speculoos...and what's more, the prices are super affordable! 👍

03/03/2024: Very good restaurant, I ate there with my friend. The place is very beautiful, the service perfect, in short we had a great time. The dish was exceptional, I won't forget this lamb!! I liked the starter less, a kind of whipped cream with chicken breast, but the dish more than made up for the rest. We'll come back!
