This stay was booked for my husband's birthday. The staff was able to provide various attention and everything was perfect. The building, decoration and services are fabulous. We will be back and can't wait!!

Magnificent 17th century property, superbly restored. From arrival to departure, faultless professional gestures, a smile at all times, very special attention. High standard assigned room offering great bedding comfort. Spacious and bright bathroom. Our very fine meal at the Jardin des Sens, under the imposing frescoes of the vaulted ceilings, was a very pleasant moment. The choice between two tasting menus or à la carte allows you to satisfy the inspiration of the moment. The Pourcel brothers and their talented team introduced us to classic cuisine prepared with quality products and a creative touch. All our thanks to the sommelier who introduced us to a wine-food pairing of great finesse. Accept our deepest thanks.

Short but perfect stay at this hotel in downtown Montpellier to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our children. The staff is attentive, accessible, full of humor, and smiling. Special shout out to valet Antonin for his advice and kindness! The rooms are truly sublime, quiet (we forgive the carillons from the surrounding churches on Easter Sunday) and the cuisine of the gastronomic bistro was a great discovery (the fish, completely crazy). everything was perfect; the superbly restored 17th century building, our room, large, comfortable, beautiful decor, luxurious bathroom; we were upgraded for my birthday. a big thank you to the team, young and very professional who pampered us, anticipating our slightest desires, even anticipating them. as for the gastronomic experience for which we came to RICHER DE BELLEMONT, it lived up to our expectations; a well-practiced ballet which, for 3 hours, presented before us a profusion of small dishes, each more delicious than the last. A sensory experience. Special mention for the La Canourgue brasserie whose fresh, quality cuisine seduced us.

The room was perfect, from the decor to the various touches from the staff. The valet was committed to his mission and the service was impeccable. We had dinner at the Bistronomic restaurant which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this unique 5-star hotel with its timeless charm where elegance blends with historical heritage. The best dinner of my life! The garden of the senses.A symphony of flavors.a culinary ecstasy.the two twins are 2 alchemists of taste and the team is professional, pleasant and full of human flavors! To do once in your life whether you are new to gourmet restaurants or a regular!

The Richer de Belleval hotel is a hotel worthy of its 5 stars, the setting is superb, the room was magnificent and absolutely comfortable, the service is perfect, attentive, efficient and very warm, the breakfast offers quality products. great quality, congratulations to the whole team and to Antonin who perfectly prepares the arrival, we loved our stay and will come back with the same pleasure!

Nous avons dîné au restaurant la Canourgue. Exceptionnel ! Cocktails parfaitement maîtrisés. Entrées avec un sorbet à la tomate sublime. Pièce de veau en plat au delà de nos attentes. Et quant aux desserts... Pour ma part explosion de saveurs sur le dessert autour des agrumes. Gourmandise, fraîcheur.... Bravo aux chefs, aux pâtissiers. Bravo également à toute l' équipe en salle.

02/04/2024: Excellent restaurant discovered by chance, the kitchens are open and you can see the piglet or lamb cooking, the 2 house specialties! But there is also a very nice marrow bone as a starter as well as veal liver, in short a very nice address! The welcome is also very nice! 👍

09/09/2023: Warning for good eaters: you won't get what you need here. Certainly, the dishes were all very good and carefully presented (I took the discovery menu for €32) but that was not enough to satisfy my appetite. I honestly felt like I had just had an aperitif… Everyone has their own delirium but going out with a stomach not very full after paying 32€ is sad. Very long wait for us at extra cost. Be careful not to remember only the negative! The food was very good !!
