While sightseeing in the city, my dad and I stopped for lunch today. It was excellent and very reasonably priced! The service was also perfect… so, needless to say, we went back for dinner this evening. Building customer loyalty isn't easy, but this is a challenge they've successfully met! Thank you again!

Excellent meal. The courtyard was very quiet and pleasant. The food was delicious, both for adults and children. And the bill wasn't excessive; it reflected the quality of the food. A restaurant to try without hesitation.

We ordered two lunch sets, which included the Duck Gizzard Salad, the homemade pumpkin and vegetable soup, the Homemade 'Cassoulet' (a traditional Southern French casserole), the squid seafood dish, and dessert. The dining environment was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

This restaurant in Carcassonne, right in the citadel, was a wonderful discovery. The service was warm and friendly, with helpful waiters who didn't push you to order more and offered excellent advice. The food was superb, the terrace very pleasant, and the prices reasonable. I highly recommend it. The cassoulet was excellent, the dessert homemade, and the portions generous!

We dined in the restaurant's garden, a beautiful and peaceful evening, and chose the tasting menu. The cuisine is excellent, with top-quality ingredients expertly prepared, and the staff attentive and courteous. The entrees were excellent, and the cassoulet was fabulous. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch today at this delightful restaurant on a lovely terrace. The menu was simply delicious and very reasonably priced. The cassoulet was truly fantastic; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the waiters were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. A truly wonderful place! Well done and thank you!
