A truly beautiful, pleasant, and shady spot where you immediately feel at ease. The welcome is warm, the food is delicious, and everything is in place for a wonderful time. A great place you'll want to return to. I highly recommend it!

A super delicious, noticeably homemade cassoulet was on the menu. My girlfriend's sea bream was also fantastic! Great atmosphere and attentive service. We'll definitely be back if Carcassonne is on our travel itinerary again!

Boulangerie L'ancestrale

24/08/2026: Before stopping there on my holiday trip, I had read the reviews and I don't regret my stop. The bread and pastries I bought lived up to the positive reviews, and the man who served us was very friendly.
24/08/2026: The boulangerie is located in a former gas station building. Fantastically designed. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very good coffee. There's even a baguette machine! I highly recommend it.
