We had a very good meal. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the dishes, while simple, were well-prepared. The local wines served by the glass were also excellent. The prices are a bit high, but still reasonable considering the restaurant is located in one of Carcassonne's most touristy areas.

09/08/2026: A 'quick' lunch... No... we took our time in a magnificent setting... a terrace under the trees... the servers were all smiling. Thank you, Sarah. The Caesar salad with the added touch of dry-cured ham... very dry, yet crispy. A very pleasant experience. THANK YOU
