Excellent menu at a more than fair price. With excellent wine pairing. Fine dining at its best. The restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Or several Gault Millau toques. Unfortunately it is a bit hidden and away from the tourist routes on the edge of the old town of Vannes. We discovered it by chance through a Google search. Absolute recommendation for very good food in a nice, unpretentious environment. I liked it better than the highly praised ArMenDu, which celebrated its class a bit too much.

Jammer dat het voor velen blijkbaar onvindbaar is … We waren alleen voor de lunch. Hele leuke, sfeervolle zaak met super fijne bediening. Goede keuze in menu’s. Lang geleden dat we zo lekker en origineel gegeten hebben en dat tegen redelijke prijzen. Merkwaardig dat de Michelin jongens dit nog niet ontdekt hebben. Zeker een BiB gourmand, maar een ster zou niet misstaan. Een echte aanrader als je weer eens echt goed wilt eten.

Nous y avons très bien mangé dans ce petit restaurant écarté de la foule du port. Nous avons dégusté les menus Esquisse et Aquarelle avec beaucoup de saveurs et de belles couleurs dans l’assiette avec une préférence pour les langoustines ; l’accompagnement des vins était parfait.
