A wonderful discovery!
We opted for the four-course tasting menu, and everything was perfectly executed. The dishes presented a beautiful balance of flavors, with harmonious and well-chosen combinations. A special mention goes to the rediscovery of salsify, presented with finesse and creativity.
I had mentioned my coconut allergy in advance. This information was perfectly taken into account, and the dessert was adapted without any difficulty. This thoughtful attention was much appreciated and demonstrates true professionalism.
The service was pleasant, attentive, and meticulous, contributing greatly to the quality of the experience. An address I recommend without hesitation.

An extraordinary experience at this restaurant, which we believe truly deserves its star. The cuisine is incredibly talented and delicious, a feast for both the eyes and the palate, all served in a chic and understated setting. The timing between courses was perfect, with seamless connections between each dish, and the wine pairings were superb. The service was impeccable, even if the waiter seemed a little tense 😬 – undoubtedly a testament to his desire to always strive for excellence! I highly recommend this restaurant!
