We returned to this wonderful restaurant on its first day of reopening after two months of renovations. And as always, it was enchanting, with a particularly well-designed setting. The dining room overlooks an open kitchen, creating a serene atmosphere. The service is both impeccable and very friendly, the various dishes on the surprise menu are absolutely delicious, the combinations inventive and perfectly balanced, and the cooking flawless. The wine pairings are excellent. A truly delightful experience.
This has been our favorite restaurant for several years now, and it remains by far our top pick!

I’ve been coming here regularly since the opening, and the experience remains consistently exceptional: creative, refined and beautifully balanced cuisine, combined with warm and attentive service.

A six-course Mizuna menu with wine pairings awaits you in the newly renovated setting of Vannes' finest gastronomic restaurant, overlooking the silent choreography of TéléCuisine. Chef Clément Raby directs his team with a watchful eye, keeping a watchful eye on the diners. Estelle Mercier gives the word: two tables have slowed down, so it's moderato at the piano. With his sous-chef, the chef adapts the menu live to accommodate the dietary restrictions of a neighboring guest. The performance is flawless, the execution flawless (the subdued jazz playlist is perfect), the service fluid and attentive: as always, the chef, sous-chef, and section chefs are all on hand. You won't know anything about the menu beforehand—that's the rule. A symphony of flavors, surprises, and discoveries unfolds only when seated in front of TéléCuisine. Gently. La Tête en l'Air is good for the eyes and the palate. And it also nourishes the memories.

A superb experience.
The dishes were delicious and inventive. Watching the four chefs prepare, cook, and plate the food was a real treat. All this in a silence I never would have imagined.
Indeed, you always see reports about restaurant kitchens where the chef is yelling at everyone, and sometimes even at himself!
The service was excellent, even if the start was a little slow; the tables were served at a perfectly reasonable pace.
If there were one criticism, it would be seeing the staff cleaning the kitchen at the end of the meal. But actually, it shows the care they take with their equipment. And personally, that delights me.
Some details that are very important to me: the bread was very good, and the coffee was completely free of bitterness.
In short: BRAVO!
It was a treat, and we will be back.
