An amazing experience, right in front of the kitchen, with the dishes and drinks (for the wine pairing) being discovered during the tasting. It was also a real pleasure to watch the kitchen and service staff working in such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The interaction with the service staff was warm and friendly, with genuine culinary exchanges throughout the meal. The presentation of the dishes was exquisite and original. A true delight, with some surprising flavor combinations! In short, time flew by, and we have wonderful memories of this evening. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent restaurant; the dishes are served blind, allowing you to discover new flavors without any preconceptions. The open kitchen gives the feeling of watching a culinary performance in progress. However, it's a shame to have served pork in a restaurant like this, but it was perfectly executed.
