An excellent experience of discovery as the tastings progressed, each as surprising as it was delicious. Perfect food and wine pairings. The view into the kitchens and watching the Chef and his team prepare the dishes in perfect tranquility is truly fascinating.

Disappointed to have a table away from the main dining room, we nevertheless had a wonderful evening and the four of us had great fun trying to identify the ingredients of the delicious dishes that followed one after another. Impeccable service.

After booking online for 4 instead of 2??? It's best to confirm well in advance by phone… On site, tasting our mystery menu (gift card) was absolutely delicious with incredible flavors, well done.
