A truly wonderful experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything was excellent, with precise, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine. Each dish was crafted with great finesse, never veering into excess. The cooking, flavor combinations, and seasonings were impeccable. Special mention must also go to the service, which was professional, attentive, and warm. A beautiful harmony between the kitchen and the dining room. An excellent experience from beginning to end, which I wholeheartedly recommend. A restaurant that fully deserves its star!

Beautiful, refined cuisine, with meticulous attention to detail and successful flavor combinations. My only slight criticism was that the Kintoa was a little underwhelming and slightly salty. The two waitresses provided attentive and friendly service. They clearly explained each dish. It was a delight. Thank you.

What can I say except that everything was more than perfect: the warm welcome, the service, the superb dining room, and of course, the exceptional quality and high standard of the cuisine! A wonderful culinary journey that awakened all the senses! Thank you so much for this experience!

An excellent dinner last night at Kaïku, which truly deserves its Michelin star. The cuisine showcases what I particularly appreciate: a surprising combination of flavors and textures, from the delicate amuse-bouches to the main courses: bluefin tuna prepared (if memory serves) as carpaccio and then tartare, sea bass with Roussillon apricots and a chanterelle fricassee, among other unexpected accompaniments. One lingers over each bite to appreciate its individual flavors. And, importantly, the presentation is both appealing and refined. The service is also impeccable: attentive, smiling, and elegant. My only minor personal reservation: in my opinion, tablecloths would complement the overall elegance. I'm not a food critic, but this restaurant remains one of my favorites, and its star certainly holds its own against a three-Michelin-starred establishment I recently visited.

An exquisite experience of service, food and atmosphere that makes worthwhile a visit to Saint Jean just to eat here. Bravo to the Chef and the executing team for designing and delivering so artful dishes that are innovative in presentation yet close to familiar tastes and memories when consumed. Bravo also to the service team that did a great job in steering us through the experience. A must visit again case!

Absolutely fantastic! The portions were too large for me, but it was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It's just a shame that the restaurant doesn't have a sea view, even though the sea is less than 50 meters away. They should definitely consider opening a second location with a view!
