A 100% successful experience! A delicious lunch in a chic and historic setting, precise and delicate cuisine, and very friendly service! It was perfect, thank you for this wonderful moment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very enjoyable experience at Kaïku. Refined cuisine, beautiful ingredients, and masterful cooking techniques and flavor combinations. The service was also excellent. Everything was very good, but at €130 for the menu, I personally expected a bit more excitement and surprise. I didn't get that "wow" factor. A very good restaurant nonetheless, but not a favorite of mine.

A sublime experience awaits at this magnificent Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything is exquisitely orchestrated, from the open kitchen to the front-of-house service. The dishes are breathtaking works of art, bursting with incredible flavor! Truly masterful! The dining room is stunning. A timeless moment. Perfect!

The setting was lovely, the service exceptional, but I was disappointed by the food; too many different flavors for my taste, which meant you couldn't really tell what you were eating.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — 5/5 An incredible welcome, divine cuisine, exceptional service… A simply heavenly moment at Kaiku! Special mention to the waitresses: their smiles, kindness, and attentiveness add that touch of sweetness that elevates everything else, like a dusting of powdered sugar on an already wonderful dessert. We felt welcomed and pampered. One of those welcomes you never forget! Thank you for this magnificent moment. We'll be back very soon! The Gersois PS: The food was good. 😄

Like others, we were disappointed by our lunch. The €60 set menu was disappointing. We were expecting something exceptional, and several dishes let us down. The foie gras mousse as an amuse-bouche was a bit cloying, while the foie gras starter was delicious. The hake was very bland, and the overly salty sauce made us dislike this dish, which was served with rather tasteless spelt. The poultry, however, was delicious (although the portion was a bit small 🙂). I didn't like the raspberry mille-feuille at all; it was very rich and cloying. My friend, on the other hand, found it just okay. The service was impeccable and very pleasant, with one minor point: we weren't asked if we had any allergies or intolerances. I don't eat meat, and there was beef in one dish... but this is really a minor detail. In short, we felt the value for money was not there. It's worth noting, however, that the dishes were all beautiful and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. €60 for the lunch menu, water €8, glass of wine €15, Ricard €9....magnificent stone room.

Not a single false note. A delight with every dish. A must-try!

Beautiful, refined cuisine, with meticulous attention to detail and successful flavor combinations. My only slight criticism was that the Kintoa was a little underwhelming and slightly salty. The two waitresses provided attentive and friendly service. They clearly explained each dish. It was a delight. Thank you.

Each dish was crafted with great finesse, never veering into excess. The cooking, flavor combinations, and seasonings were impeccable. Special mention must also go to the service, which was professional, attentive, and warm. A beautiful harmony between the kitchen and the dining room. An excellent experience from beginning to end, which I wholeheartedly recommend. A restaurant that fully deserves its star!
