Scratch-off games are all losers

A simple, efficient tobacconist, exactly the way we like them. Honestly, go for it: the lady at the register is helpful, elegant, and smiling... even at 8 pm, which is practically a miracle. The main reason I'm writing this review is that it's literally one of the only tobacconists still open after 8 pm in Lille, the major city in the North where everything closes as soon as the sun sets. For that alone, it easily deserves its 3 stars. Thank you for saving my evening—I was out of rolling papers.
