27/11/2025: So, to be honest with Claire, I haven't eaten there yet, but it must have been the previous owner. It was very good and very pleasant. I think the new owner has kept the same cooks and even the same waiters. It used to be a pub, but I think you've changed; it's a restaurant now. I'd like to know more about whether you source your meat and vegetables from within a 100km radius of Villers-Cotterêts. The fish is a bit further away, from Le Tréport, so I don't know if you source directly from the producers. I want to support the agricultural sector, which is currently struggling, and I think restaurateurs should do the same. So, I'm simply asking; I'm not criticizing, and I'll come and eat at your restaurant one day and try your dishes. Thank you very much, and I'll give you stars because I can't criticize without giving stars. Something I haven't yet tried...
