Real home cooking. A burger with real bread, delicious! A tender meat skewer… truly kudos for this simple yet tasty cuisine, at a very reasonable price.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. However, the service was a little slow. The food was high quality, with a special mention for the Caesar salad, which was excellent. I also appreciated that the team was able to accommodate my food allergies and intolerances, which was a real plus. The only minor point for improvement is the dessert selection, which could be a bit more varied. Despite this, it's a good place that I recommend.

We've been regulars for three years and highly recommend it! The burgers are excellent, the ribs too, and the terrace is lovely. The staff is friendly and welcoming :)

09/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Angoulême! Le Tire-Bouchon boasts a superb wine list, with numerous options to complement its refined and flavorful cuisine. Special mention must also go to the cheese platter, which was particularly generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were fortunate enough to dine on the terrace, on a charming cobblestone street, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A delightful setting, carefully prepared cuisine, and a genuine attention to the quality of the ingredients. A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat!

02/08/2026: We came by chance. We were looking for somewhere to eat out. We had a very good time; the waiter was very friendly. The food was excellent. And a bonus point for the wine. Excellent.
