Le Lièvre Blanc sur Vars

12/03/2026: We had a fantastic evening! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great laugh, both with our waiter Jeff and chef Gabi. Everything was delicious and homemade: from the foie gras and tartiflette to the crêpes, everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! It's a shame we only discovered this welcoming place on the last day of our stay... because if we had found it earlier, we would have gone every day! Thank you to the whole team! 🤩

08/03/2026: The restaurant has changed ownership, and we hadn't been back since. We were pleasantly surprised; it's improved significantly. Prices have gone down, but the quality is still there. We'll confirm this on our next visit.
