Friendly welcome, quality menu, excellent dishes, impeccable service. I recommend. We had lunch in this establishment in August 2024 on the way to George Sand's house, this restaurant is a very good surprise.

I came here with a friend to meet another Englishman and his partner who live locally. The room was comfortable and I slept well. The highlight was the meal we had. The chef came from the kitchen to tell us about some steak she was cooking that evening. My local friend, who often uses the restaurant suggested it was a good choice. It certainly was. An excellent choice, beautifully cooked (rare for me) and rested. Delicious, and so tender it gained my "Ruler Steak" assessment, it would have been fit for an Emperor, but my use of the word means you could cut it with a ruler, didn't need a knife. An excellent meal I enjoyed local cheese, though the dessert my companions had, a local variation of baked Alaska, brought flaming to the table did make me think I would have enjoyed it. Certainly a place I would choose, if in the area again.

Repas préparé en amont pour 16 couverts. Rencontre très professionnelle, à l'écoute des demandes et des impératifs. Le jour J, rien à dire. Service impeccable. Accueil souriant et attentif. Quant au repas, très réussi, conforme à nos souhaits. Excellent. Produits frais. Toute la famille était contente.
