The chubby-cheeked blond man behind the bar is a gem: whether you need a bathroom break or a full-blown emergency, he can point you to the nearest public restroom. A huge thank you to this exceptional shopkeeper who knows how to build a loyal clientele, especially those with reduced mobility, who will quickly become regulars.

A friendly, independent brasserie with the kind of food you expect and excellent service. If you're hesitating between the neighboring brasseries, don't hesitate any longer and step into The Loft.

The evening of July 13th was fantastic! A refreshing mocktail accompanied by the Loft platter and garlic toasts. Great value for money, especially with the concert in the town hall square creating an incredible atmosphere 🤩

Nice little place with good food and friendly service! I'm taking off one star for the cigarettes and the people shouting for the rugby match being shown on the outside TV.

L'Echanson

30/07/2026: The front door was locked at the time of our reservation. Ten minutes later, someone opened it and then made us wait because the place hadn't been cleaned, without even offering us anything to drink. With a 12:00 reservation, we weren't served until 12:50, which didn't leave us time for dessert or coffee before our scheduled guided tour.
21/04/2026: Simple but good food. Classic cheese platter. Hotel atmosphere. Please make sure to update your menus on your website and in the rooms, as not everything listed in the apps was available in the dining room. A shame (server informed).

14/09/2026: The only problems: the toilets are constantly clogged with a foul stench, making them unusable. And the prices are quite high. Otherwise, the atmosphere is good, and the service is as pleasant as the location. It's a shame that, for such a price, the sanitary facilities aren't maintained properly.
14/08/2026: Great! Alex's welcome was fantastic!
