Simple but good food. Classic cheese platter. Hotel atmosphere. Please make sure to update your menus on your website and in the rooms, as not everything listed in the apps was available in the dining room. A shame (server informed).

We chose the daily specials menu. The dishes were very good and quite generous. The service was very pleasant, the staff were very professional and efficient. The atmosphere was cozy.

Nice setting. The food was good, but it would have been better if it had been a little hotter. One of the meats wasn't cooked properly: medium, not pink. The salad wasn't very fresh. The wine we ordered never arrived; after asking the waiter, I was told they were out. (My meal was almost finished.) We ordered a starter, but we received the main course instead. ?!

The cuisine, worthy of a good city brasserie, features classic and generous dishes, along with some excellent chef's specials. There's no artificially inventive cuisine that leaves you starving, but rather simple, satisfying, and enjoyable dishes. Located opposite the magnificent cathedral, L'Échanson is a great choice in this area, especially for tourists, offering excellent value for money!

16/05/2026: We had dinner there this Saturday without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was very calm and the food was excellent. The value for money was outstanding! We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it.
02/05/2026: It's truly a beautiful place, with the cheese cravings you'd expect. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat cheese.
