All Échansons des Mercure de France aim to introduce you to regional dishes, low-priced wines from wine-growing areas and also to offer menus with good value for money. L’Echanson d’Amiens is no exception to the rule. Better still, he is an example to follow in terms of very courteous welcome and smiling and dynamic service. In terms of cuisine worthy of a good city brasserie, the dishes are classic and hearty and there are some good suggestions from the chef at a reasonable price. Located opposite the sumptuous cathedral, L'Echanson is a good address, especially for our tourist friends.

Today's surprise: while passing through Amiens, I dined at l'Échanson. I discover a cuisine overwhelming with sensations. I want more. Thanks to the cook for all these taste sensations, an orgasm for the taste buds.

Having come to spend the weekend in Amiens for our wedding anniversary, we chose to dine at the hotel restaurant. In addition to having enjoyed ourselves, we were pampered. The staff were full of kind attentions. Thank you for helping us have such a good time!

Le Loft

31/03/2024: Very pleasant place to sit and watch football. The service is very accommodating! The dish of the day with the leg of lamb was very tasty, but unfortunately the crepe wasn't fresh and was still a bit cold. In summer you can sit outside nicely.
25/03/2024: We had 16 people at the loft Top notch service! Whether at the bar or kitchen level. Everyone was served at the same time despite the large table. The menu is varied and everything is well done The whole team is pleasant. A special thank you to Nicolas, our server, for his kindness and efficiency!
