Excellent Chinese cuisine with dishes that differ from other restaurants of the same type. Pleasant service, friendly and helpful advice.

Long ago, there was a restaurant called Hong Yun. It was a very good restaurant, where my family went at least once a month (sometimes weekly), and where I developed my love for Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, and after a change of ownership, the quality of the food plummeted to an abysmal level. Today, it's an all-you-can-eat restaurant with a partially dilapidated facade. For years, I've been searching for a Chinese restaurant that's as good, and I've finally found it with the Golden Lily. With the menu of the same name, I've enjoyed Chinese food like I haven't had in over 20 years. The shrimp ravioli were substantial and flavorful (be warned, the spicy sauce is no joke!), the basil chicken stir-fried brought back delicious childhood memories with the addition of crisp vegetables, and the steamed coconut balls provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to my Proustian moment. At €25.90, it's a bit more expensive than I usually pay, but the quality is well worth it. I will definitely return with pleasure. I might also get some dim sum to go, as I haven't had any this good in a long time. The service was impeccable and the decor was very green, but be careful as you might get hit in the head by a plant or the entrance awning. Remember to duck. The final verdict is a 9 out of 10.

Very, very good! Several dishes to share for 3 people, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the bill was more than reasonable without having to hold back.

The Dimsum box was incredible and the homemade Soy blew our minds it was so good! By far the best restaurant and food we have eaten in Paris. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

A wonderful experience, we loved it! The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the dining room had plenty of space so you weren't crowded. And the food was excellent, especially the appetizers, which were perfect! We'll definitely be back.
