My favorite Chinese noodle restaurant since 2019! The piping hot noodles and cold noodles are incredibly authentic. For me, they're simply the best in all of Paris! If you like spicy soups, this is the perfect place: their hot noodles with beef, pork, or vegetarian options are excellent. And if you don't like spicy food, don't worry, their milder options are just as delicious! For those who prefer something fresh, the cold noodles (especially with their sesame sauce) with breaded chicken are a real treat, and the vegetarian version is absolutely divine! The must-try extra: their pork and beef patties are incredible and go wonderfully with the noodles. It's super, super delicious, super authentic, and homemade. I highly recommend it! 🌟

Excellent, peaceful, and beautiful place to eat; the overall artistic ambiance reflects the owners' past experiences. NB: I didn't think I'd love mochi, but they're definitely a must-try! Go there! The iced tea is light and fruity, a real treat!

What to say beyond the fact that this place has the best bowl of noodle in Paris 10/10 Broth was intense, noodle were chewy, bruised beef was juicy and tender, mala was on point Kudos to the owners !

Artiste Noodle on Rue Sedaine is, for me, the best Chinese restaurant in Paris, a perfect blend of art and gastronomy! When I miss real, authentic Chinese food after living in China, I regularly return to this temple of Chinese cuisine in the 11th arrondissement, with great pleasure, ever since it opened in 2017. They have exquisite signature dishes like grilled dumplings, Chinese pancakes with minced pork and green chili (yum yum 😋), and especially the delicious homemade noodle soup with pork ragù in a spicy sauce 🤤, which I always order to go, peanut-free. You can request your preferred level of spice. Of course, they also have milder options. So, I'm giving 5 stars for the extraordinary cuisine, brilliantly executed by a Chinese chef with a truly unique style that blends tradition and modernity. The fresh, homemade noodles and the mix of Chinese spices and fragrant oil create an explosive explosion of flavors. 5 stars for the consistently polite, respectful, and very friendly service. And finally, 5 stars for the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this place, with its sublime canvases and paintings on the walls, and for the family ambiance, especially with little Nina, who plays the piano beautifully and whom I've watched grow up over the years. Long live Artist Noodle, and congratulations to Pei and Weijie for their magnificent creations on the plate and on the walls! ❤️

First time at Artist Noodle and I am already planning my next visit! I ordered the minced pork noodle soup (mildly spicy) and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, deeply flavourful and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. On top of that, the service was excellent and we were warmly welcomed. If you are looking to discover genuine Chinese noodle soups, this is definitely a spot you don’t want to miss. Highly recommend! 👌
