We had a wonderful time with my wife. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very warm and professional.

Never disappointed. The meals are refined and sophisticated. Seasonal menus. The vanilla and ginger pairing as a unifying theme is perfect. A very good wine list. Personally, my only slight reservation is about the poached pear. Too many flavors on the plate. The service is impeccable, even when provided by young staff. Highly recommended.

Exceptional, a top-quality gourmet restaurant... The best in the area in my opinion. Everything is absolutely perfect... The scallops with vanilla emulsion, apple, and ginger were divine.

This restaurant offers a wonderful introduction to fine dining thanks to its quality service, attention to the presentation of its dishes, and its focus on showcasing regional products. However, the overall experience falls short of the standards of a Michelin-starred establishment, both in terms of taste and technique. While the main courses are satisfactory, the overall experience lacks cohesion and reveals noticeable inconsistencies in execution. The petit fours, in particular, are below the expectations one would have of a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the element of surprise is unfortunately absent. I learned that this restaurant lost its star a few years ago, and I understand why. I would recommend refocusing its dishes on subtle and impactful flavors, without falling, as it does now, into an accumulation of flavors that detracts from the overall balance. Aside from my criticisms, I found the least expensive menu to be reasonably priced, unlike the higher-priced menu which offered virtually nothing worthwhile. Furthermore, the meal flew by, which was very pleasant.

Tuesday, July 29th, evening service. How can I put it, it was simply magical!!! It was divinely good, the service was pleasant, the food was top-notch, it was clearly unforgettable. I might just point out the distance between the tables; perhaps a little too close at times, we couldn't hear each other, but that's really nitpicking. But it was a wonderful discovery and a truly magnificent venue. Congratulations to the entire team, and we'll be back with the greatest pleasure. A place to remember. P.S.: Do you book venues for weddings or not?
