Le M sur Brest

A nice and chic place with good food and great service. And the location is a true gem! I read that they lost their star in the guide recently, but that certainly did not show in what was produced in the kitchen. Nice dining experience in a well thought out restaurant.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am not writing this review to share my experience of this establishment which recently lost its star. Despite the fact that quality is as much on the plate as in the service, it would be ill-advised to criticize a house which strives to maintain its culinary and table prestige of excellence. No, I don't write for that. I am writing to invite and encourage the DREETS (labor inspection) inspectors, our precious journalists from Télégramme and Ouest-France, why not Cash Investigation and the wonderful Elise Lucet, to go and see not the tables but the backstage. You know, that place where customers can't go. I know from experience that the working atmosphere and working conditions in this type of establishment are, shall we say, questionable. I really invite you to go investigate and ask employees how their daily professional lives are going. It could be instructive... (I await with the greatest impatience the (for) probable response from Messrs. Le Bail and Badaoui). NB. I do not work in this establishment. Don't look for someone from your team, gentlemen 😉

Everything is perfect. The welcome is very respectful, courteous and warm, all the staff are very pleasant, very distinguished. All the dishes are exquisite works of art, both sublime in taste and presentation. And so, having a pre-dessert, a dessert, and a post-dessert is really satisfying a fine indulgence that is difficult to escape. It's difficult not to mention the large light fixture in the room...you shouldn't get your mind in the wrong place 😊 Apart from the kitchen and the staff, it is the place, the decor, the cutlery, and the atmosphere that emerges there, which make us feel privileged to be here. Thank you for this wonderful moment.

Following an invitation from wonderful colleagues (Mirifique formula), we went to this restaurant today February 28, 2024. We didn't know about this establishment but what a shame not to have discovered it sooner!!! This is happiness. The welcome is very friendly, the staff takes great care of the customers, with extraordinary kindness. The dishes are excellent, from a taste point of view of course but also for the retina. If you want to treat yourself, don't hesitate, the prices are adapted to the qualities. As far as we are concerned, we are keeping this address carefully because we will return there. Congratulations also to the Chef and Madame the pastry chef;

Délicieuse cuisine, bonne ambiance, prix justes, j’espère de tout coeur que cet établissement incontournable de la gastronomie brestoise retrouvera vite son étoile !

Jolie table brestoise testée en famille lors d'un déjeuner en semaine. Le service est efficace et adapté à ce genre de lieu, bien que la salle soit un peu datée. Les assiettes sont jolies, et un soin de présentation y est apporté. Le foie gras est bon, la cuisson du cabillaud en basse température est précise et le pigenneau est parfaitement maîtrisé. Le dessert à la mangue est trop simpliste dans sa présentation et ses saveurs. Le dessert à base de chocolat et agrumes est déjà mieux travaillé et suryout mieux présenté. Cela dit, à 62 € le menu, c'est le minimum attendu. Il n'y a donc pas de reproche à faire...mais il n'y a pas non plus d'éloge. Nous nous attendions à être un peu surpris voir à un effet "whaou" ! C'est au final de la belle gastronomie traditionnelle qui reste assez basique.

Restaurant au top ! Cher mais la qualité est bien présente. le service est irréprochable. Un petit bémol sur la salle un peu bruyante.
