Le Majorelle sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône, we discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend's recommendation. We had come for just a drink, but thanks to Carl's exceptional welcome, we ended up spending the whole evening there! We enjoyed the famous homemade Burgundy snails, as well as the gratin bourguignon and tagliatelle with morels... everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, very professional, and warm. An exceptional experience we won't forget!

A lovely bistro, well-located in the heart of Châlon-sur-Saône. Efficient, young, and dynamic staff. A small, appetizing menu. Well-seasoned beef tartare, excellent gratin dauphinois, and what about the homemade foie gras? Very reasonable prices.

Great food in the charming center of an otherwise not-so-charming town. It's located on a small square with a wide selection of restaurants. But the food here is definitely good. We had burgers.
