The service is also on par with the food. The staff is friendly, smiling, and very professional. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. Another very welcome point: the short wait between courses. The service is smooth and well-organized. The atmosphere is pleasant and convivial. Everything is there for a great time. We particularly appreciated the quality of the service. It's always a pleasure to find such a professional team. The quality-to-pleasure ratio is truly exceptional. We booked for 9 people on a Saturday evening. We dined inside. The welcome was warm and the setting was pleasant and clean. The staff were very attentive and, from the moment we ordered, took our requests (preferences and allergies) into account to ensure there would be no problems. The food was high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. Even the bread was excellent. The set menus are worth trying! For our first time at this restaurant, it was a complete success. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service between courses, but we weren't in a hurry. An address to keep and recommend without hesitation!

We held our wedding reception (a small gathering) at Le Manège. We received a very warm welcome from all the staff, whom we thank. The meal was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert! Our guests were delighted with their evening. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent birthday evening at this ideally located restaurant at the foot of the Citadel, in a former military riding school. The cuisine is refined, fresh, and perfectly seasonal. A cut above your average bistro, with impeccable service and beautifully presented dishes. Well done to the whole team! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant (delicious sauces) and friendly atmosphere. They are accommodating to those with food intolerances. Well located on the east side of the city entrance with parking nearby.
