We booked for 9 people on a Saturday evening.
We dined inside.
The welcome was warm and the setting was pleasant and clean.
The staff were very attentive and, from the moment we ordered, took our requests (preferences and allergies) into account to ensure there would be no problems.
The food was high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. Even the bread was excellent. The set menus are worth trying!
For our first time at this restaurant, it was a complete success.
The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service between courses, but we weren't in a hurry. An address to keep and recommend without hesitation!

We held our wedding reception (a small gathering) at Le Manège. We received a very warm welcome from all the staff, whom we thank. The meal was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert! Our guests were delighted with their evening.
We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent birthday evening at this ideally located restaurant at the foot of the Citadel, in a former military riding school. The cuisine is refined, fresh, and perfectly seasonal. A cut above your average bistro, with impeccable service and beautifully presented dishes. Well done to the whole team! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant (delicious sauces) and friendly atmosphere. They are accommodating to those with food intolerances. Well located on the east side of the city entrance with parking nearby.

As a wedding gift, we came on March 4th and it was a festival of flavors and delights. The presentation was refined. The welcome was perfect, the service impeccable, and the setting exceptional. Thank you for the little extras; we were very touched. 👍
