Good but small restaurant/bar, very few covers in the evening.

Surprisingly good food very skilfully made with some interesting flavour combinations. Service was professional and very welcoming. We had a lovely relaxing evening with good food - what more can you ask. Highly recommend.

I don't like the word "gastronomy." But perhaps I'm changing my mind. The amuse-bouche unfolds a series of preludes: green tomato, chili pepper, and zucchini with enhanced flavor combinations. Breathtaking! Artois trout with fresh goat cheese, cucumber, and arugula sorbet. Schubert will have to rewrite one of his masterpieces! Pork shoulder with apricots, carrots, and a devilish jus. Devilish? Yes, it's a sin! Demure mozzarella on strawberries from Hauts-de-France, Speculoos, mozzarella... yes, it's true, Mozart is here! Savarin, star anise, candied apricots: a recital of indulgence! The coffee, that forgotten element: flavorful and delicious. A convincing finale. The service, attentive and remarkably efficient, with passion and friendly conversation. Hesdin la Forêt, a stop to consider without... disdain!

A wonderful discovery! The authentic setting transports you back in time. The welcome is warm and the staff delightful. The chef's talent shines through in the exquisite dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back very soon, and thank you again a thousand times.
