Le Manteau Bleu sur Beziers

19/09/2024: Starters were only ok, I had the Iberian ham with E3 supplement nothing special. Mains were pollack and Plaice. Both of these were cooked very well and very tasty. As it got busier the service went down. The waiter clearly forgot to give us the menu for dessert. We got it about 15-20 mins later.The waiting staff did not seem to be over a specific area. Eventually we caught the eye of a passing waitress ( our 4th to serve) and ordered. We also asked for the more water that he forgot. Dessert was absolutely fabulous so bumped up from 3 to 4. Decided against another drink or coffee as not sure how long that would take.
