This is the place to eat the best couscous in Lille. The team is fantastic, especially the manager. I highly recommend you check it out. I never miss an opportunity to take my friends and family there.

Not being particularly fond of seafood, my partner and I were intrigued by a humorously advertised sign: "Not just mussels, there's also semolina." That alone made us smile... and above all, it made us want to try it. In the midst of the Lille flea market, the restaurant offers only couscous, and honestly, it's a real success. The dish is generous, perfectly seasoned, with light semolina and flavors that blend wonderfully. Even I, who am not particularly fond of vegetables, was completely won over—they are cooked with such flavor that you completely forget your initial preferences. A very pleasant surprise that stands out, especially in the lively atmosphere of the flea market. It just goes to show that sometimes all it takes is a catchy phrase and real expertise to make a lasting impression. See you in September!

A wonderful discovery! The couscous is truly hearty and generous, with very filling portions. The semolina is fine and light (although I personally prefer medium grains), yet it's perfectly prepared and flavorful. The meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The staff is incredibly pleasant, smiling, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The decor is fantastic: warm, elegant, and immersive, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will gladly return 😊
