Le Marrakech sur Bormes-Les-Mimosas

Good food, excellent tagine. But it wasn't what I wanted and what I'd seen on the daily specials board. On the board, I'd noticed grilled sardines, which best suited my dietary needs. I was told the fish hadn't been delivered that morning. But the fish was still listed after 8:00 PM when I left, clearly to lure in other unsuspecting customers. Is that really honest?

The food was delicious, flavorful, and hot. Despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The staff exudes a calm atmosphere, takes their time with everything, and yet no one has to wait long.

I've been here three times on vacation. Each time I ate tagine with lamb and olives. The first time, it tasted good, but not very warm. The second time, it was great. It tasted very good and was very hot. It was still bubbling. The third time, unfortunately, was disappointing. First, we got the wrong food, and then it wasn't hot and didn't taste that good. Conclusion: The cooking here is truly home-style, so it's not always the same. But I would definitely come back. The price/performance ratio was okay.

Marrakech, a delight for the taste buds! While passing through Bormes, we stopped at Marrakech; a must-try for lovers of delicious, fresh, and flavorful couscous! We opted for the brick kefta as a starter, followed by the Badaoui couscous (hearty and excellent lamb shank, small but tasty merguez sausage, and fresh vegetables: carrots, squash, turnip, potato, and zucchini) and the Atlassien couscous (hearty lamb shank and kefta): a real treat of flavor and excellent value for money. The owner gave us a warm welcome; we'll be back.
