Le Marssilia, Le bouchon Bitterois sur Beziers

The wait staff is extremely friendly and speaks perfect English as well as French which is very helpful to us that are not good at understanding French. Food was awesome at a better value than some of the other restaurants that we tried. We made sure to talk to the owner and let him know how happy we were. I've had the beef stew which is award winning and my wife had a steak which was perfect!

I had lost track of time, and found myself desperately looking for restaurants that were open late (after 10pm/22:00). Our server, Sofian, was amazing. Very charismatic and charming. When he started cracking jokes, I immediately knew I was in good hands. The food was superb. Everything we got was delicious. The Lamb Shoulder fell apart and melted in our mouths. We found out their Famous Beef Stew was famous for a reason: it was so flavorful and tender. Sofian was so accommodating all throughout the meal. Not only did he surprise my father with a dessert, but he smoothly let me know privately to have my camera ready for the surprise. I can't praise not only this restaurant, but this man enough for turning a stressful time to a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I can't wait to come back here one day.

My friend and I visited this restaurant over a month ago and I still think about the experience. We tried frog legs for the first time and we were blown away. The service was amazing, especially our server Mehdi, he was very attentive. 10/10, can't wait to come again.

Every bit of this experience was phenomenal. The restaurant is open late, the service was impeccable, and the bar offered a house special rum. We had grilled sea bass with ratatouille - delicious - and Chicken Cordon Blue - also good.
