Since the arrival of the new owners at Bar Tabac Maryland, the place has truly changed! The decor has been completely redesigned, and the atmosphere is much more pleasant and welcoming. A real plus is the staff: the saleswomen are always smiling, warm, and very friendly with customers. You feel comfortable there and are always well received. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, whether for a quick stop or to linger. A wonderful improvement! I'm shocked to see the comments; I get the impression that people don't come to the same place as me. And I'm a regular!

Pleasant place despite the bad weather. I noticed that the two young tobacconists were very popular with the customers. They were friendly and that was really nice. Good overall atmosphere. Very welcoming, I highly recommend it!

McDonald's

05/09/2026: Great experience with a very cute waiter who brought our trays to the terrace. It's very chill in the evening and stays open late. Honestly, I recommend it.
24/08/2026: Passing through Toulon today, we ordered a meal deal with fries. Upon arrival, one fry was missing. So we asked a waitress for the missing one. We waited 15 minutes, even though the place wasn't busy. A woman looked at our tray, doubting our word, and brought us a large fry, then took it back! No compensation was offered. The person was very unpleasant. In contrast, the lady who served us was very good, helpful, and very kind.

McDonald's

10/09/2026: McDonald's doing what McDonald's does. So, a completely processed meal... but it's a quick meal. The prices are becoming disproportionate to the quality. This is true for all McDonald's in France... It's easily double the price of a kebab (which is just as processed). In short, it's okay in a pinch, but that's all... Important: the restaurant is clean and the staff is pleasant.
28/08/2026: The food was very cold; the fries had been sitting on the warming plate for more than half an hour.
